Questions

How long does a transfer take?: SEPA Instant and Faster Payments usually arrive within seconds. SWIFT transfers depend on the countries and banks involved and usually take one to three working days.
Can I see the fee before I send?: Yes. Any fee and exchange rate are shown before you confirm a transfer.
Can I cancel a transfer?: Scheduled transfers can be cancelled before they are sent. If a transfer has already gone, contact us and we will help where we can.
